I love Dominos always. But, nowadays their service is very bad at all. Food quality they are maintaining as good as they do earlier. But, service is worst and worst. Customer has to ask/ search for a cleaning service to request to clean the dirty tables. They won't provide anything that customer need exactly. Today, I visited one of their biggest competitor store, and I found very good service and hospitality where every customer satisfies. If Dominos won't focus on their service enhancement definitely it will loose their daily customers. Hoping for the best.

The store was extremely unclean — the floor was dirty, with tissues and food lying around, and tables were left messy with used pizza boxes for a long time. Flies and mosquitoes were everywhere, making the place feel unhygienic. What’s worse is that I visited two Domino’s outlets — one in Serilingampally and another in Nallagandla — and both refused to accept card payments, saying only UPI is allowed. This doesn’t feel right and honestly seems like some kind of scam being run from Domino’s headquarters. Overall, very disappointing and unprofessional.
