Worst experience ordered pizza but did not get delivered even when the store is only 300 meters from my home. Very bad comeing from a brand like dominos. Do not order form this place.

Absolutely the worst delivery experience of my life. Domino’s should be ashamed of the kind of delivery partner they sent tonight. The rider named Gopu behaved in the most disgusting and unprofessional way possible. I ordered at midnight, and as a woman alone in my flat, I expected basic decency and safety. Instead, he talked to me with shocking rudeness, refused to come upstairs, and kept demanding the OTP without even giving the pizza. Who behaves like this while delivering food at 12 AM? His tone was threatening, disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I have NEVER felt this unsafe because of a delivery person before. Domino’s needs to seriously question their hiring and training, because this was beyond unprofessional — it was extremely disturbing. This is the lowest level of service I have ever experienced from any food outlet. If Domino’s doesn’t take strict action, they will lose customers like me forever.
