I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I arrived at 12 PM, but there were hardly any pizza options available. Even basic items like ketchup were not provided, and when I requested it, the staff outright denied it. Despite waiting for over 30 minutes, the staff showed no concern or urgency in serving customers. The overall service was extremely poor and far from customer-friendly. Additionally, there was a billing issue — while the bill showed an amount of ₹425, I was charged ₹449. There was no explanation for the additional amount, and it was not reflected in the bill. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both service and transparency.

Worst store…i had ordered pesto pizza and they didnt add the main ingredient that is pesto sauce…what is this? I complained and there is no call back or any response…worst

Worst service ever at this outlet! 👎 When I went to place my order, the staff took a long time to even attend to me because she was busy on her phone. After finally accepting my order, I gave her cash, she first ordered me to give change and when I couldn’t, she ordered me again to go bring it from another shop! When I cancelled the order, she had absolutely no regrets and kept repeating the same thing like it was my duty. Totally unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful service. If this is how Domino’s trains their staff, it’s pathetic. Definitely not going back to this outlet. Think before going here
