Had one of the most disappointing experiences at Domino’s Manipal. It genuinely felt like the outlet only cares about outdoor deliveries and couldn’t care less about customers who actually walk in. From the moment I entered, the customer service was painfully slow. Before I could even place my order, the executive casually told me it would take more than 20 minutes—without even knowing what I was going to order. Strangely, they promise 15-minute delivery, but can’t serve a single dine-in customer in an empty store. Speaking of the store, there was no store manager present when I arrived. And when he finally appeared, he was not at all hospitable, almost as if he was doing me a favour by being there. The rest of the staff were equally unwelcoming and uninterested, which made the entire experience even worse. To top it all, the whole outlet was empty, and after this visit, I can clearly see why. Domino’s Manipal seriously needs to work on customer service, staff behaviour, and basic hospitality. Completely disappointing.

One of the worst Dominos branch ever visited. The store manager doesn't even care about what the customer has to say. Very arrogant and unpleasant. We had to wait for 1 hr and 15 mins just to get an update on our order. Once received, the pizzas were pathetically stale and cold. Couldn't even eat. Will never suggest this to anyone
