    DOMINOS CHEATED US Dear Domino's Customer Care, 1. I am writing this mail with immense disappointment regarding my recent order from Domino's, and I expect immediate attention and resolution to this issue. We had placed an order for two pizzas, adding extra toppings and cheese, which we paid for separately. However, what we received was not just unacceptable — it was downright careless. None of the additional toppings or extra cheese that we explicitly selected and paid for were present on either of the pizzas. In fact, even the basic level of toppings and seasoning seemed grossly inadequate. It looked as if the pizzas were put together in a rush with no concern for quality, accuracy, or customer satisfaction. This is not just a minor inconvenience — this is a breach of trust and a poor reflection of your service standards. As a loyal Domino’s customer, I expect a certain level of consistency and respect for customer requests, especially when it involves additional payment. But this experience has left us extremely dissatisfied and questioning whether Domino’s still values its customers at all. We did not receive what we paid for, and such negligence is unacceptable. 2. I am writing this with deep frustration and disappointment regarding the appalling customer service I have experienced from Domino’s. Despite already raising a complaint earlier regarding the issue with the Bumper Pizza order, I received a call today from one of your customer care representatives that was nothing short of rude, careless, and disrespectful. When I was asked for the order number, I was in the process of opening the app and requested him to wait for a moment. Instead of cooperating, he turned hostile and began speaking rudely without any courtesy or patience. When I questioned him about his attitude, he casually brushed it off saying, “I’ll check into it,” and continued to behave in a condescending tone. There was absolutely no apology, no accountability, and not even the basic courtesy to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the poor quality of the product delivered. When I told him that his behavior was unacceptable and asked him to disconnect the call, I recorded the conversation for my reference. I now have proof of this unprofessional conduct. To make matters worse, your team is now claiming that a link was sent and that you have tried reaching me multiple times. Let me make it very clear: no one from your team has contacted me again, and no link has been received. This is blatant dishonesty, and I will not tolerate false narratives being pushed to cover up poor service. This entire incident reflects serious gaps in your customer service ethics and follow-up process. It is absolutely unacceptable that a paying customer who has already raised a valid complaint is treated with such disrespect and deception. I am now left with no option but to take this forward: I am in the process of raising a formal consumer complaint with the Consumer Forum of India under the Consumer Protection Act, highlighting your delivery failure, non-response, rude behavior, and now the false statements made by your team. I demand a complete and unconditional refund of ₹1500 which I paid for a product that failed to meet even the basic standards. I want my money refunded to the original payment method

    Sonia - team member is unprofessional, rude and mannerless which is harming the orders at domino's. I simply placed an order for 1 garlic breadsticks with cheesy dip and a bottle of Pepsi, told her to make the order a little quick as I have another meeting to rush to, but she kept on asking me different questions like 2 garlic breads or one and cheesy dip or some other dip. When I'm clearly mentioning that I want a cheesy dip then just to waste my time and not fulling the order just asking me same questions multiple time, hence I had to cancel my order and I'm sorry won't be ordering here till she gets proper training on hot to speak with the customer. She kept on blabbering and not listening to the customer. Very unethical behaviour by Sonia at CC1, dwarka
