Food is ok but service is worst, this outlet should be shutdown

The worst outlet of Dominos as per my experience. It has happened more than once that my order took more than 90 min to deliver. Nobody is picking up call at the restaurant. I guess they do it with all the pre-paid orders, you should make it cash on delivery to ensure that if they do not fulfil their guarantee to deliver it in 30minutes or free order, they so do not get paid for it. Worst service ever, pathetic staff, simply a black spot on Dominos reputation - the company should actually look into this matter, else they might loose their brand reputation.

The pizzas were very tasty. Both chicken and veg pizza tasted pretty good. The crust was thin and dough was fresh. Cheese quantity was very less compared to the price they were charging for pizza. Overall I got good deal including the discount coupon from Domino's app and saved 100 rupees. There was 30 minute delivery guarantee on my pizza but they delivered it 20 mins late. Initially they didn't refund points right away but later on credited 300 points to my account after I talked to their customer care (1 point = 1 rupee).. my overall experience was good as customer service responded to me on time and also pizzas were tasty. Thanks Domino's 🤟
