Please be aware that they are doing cheap tactics to disable the COD and on prepayment the order don't fullfill and forget about the refund they will give. so I guess profit usually comes when order get cancelled and instead of refunding they ghost you with your money.

Worst service by dominos i ordered 2 pizza but they delivered wrong item. Then I raised request regarding this issue they told me you will get refund within 24 hours but now it is almost about 10 days but I didn't receive my refund whenever I am calling they are saying you will get refund with in 24 hours but after that no response by there side very very bad service

Dear Domino’s India Team and Food Safety Authority, I am writing this email to lodge a serious complaint regarding the extremely unhygienic and disappointing condition of your Domino’s outlet located at Paharganj, D.B. Gupta Road, New Delhi. I visited this store yesterday and was shocked to see the complete lack of cleanliness and disregard for basic food safety and customer hygiene. The tables were filthy, with leftover food, spills, and garbage lying around. Despite being in a customer-facing area, no staff member bothered to clean the tables or maintain hygiene. When I pointed it out to the staff, they ignored the request completely. The floor was dirty, and there was visible dust and dirt all over the dining area, making the entire place look unhygienic and unsafe for eating. This kind of negligence is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a brand like Domino’s that claims to maintain international food safety standards. Such poor maintenance not only damages your brand image but also poses a serious health risk to customers. If this situation is not addressed immediately, it could lead to foodborne illnesses or contamination, which is a direct violation of food safety regulations. I urge Domino’s management and the Food Safety Authority to inspect this outlet immediately and take strict action against the staff and management responsible for such poor hygiene practices. Customers pay full price for their meals and deserve a clean and safe dining environment, not such careless and unhygienic conditions. Looking forward to a prompt and serious response to this complaint.
