I recently visited Domino's Pizza located in the food court of 93 Avenue Mall and had a mixed experience. We ordered the Farmhouse Cheese Volcano Pizza, and I must say – the pizza was absolutely delicious. The base was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh, and the burst of molten cheese in the center took the flavor to a whole new level. It definitely lived up to the expectations in terms of taste and quality. However, the service left a lot to be desired. When I approached the counter to place my order, there was no staff member present to attend to customers for about 10–15 minutes. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, someone finally showed up, only to inform me that they were too busy and that I should download the Domino's app and place my order through it. While I understand the efficiency aspect of using the app, being told to do so after waiting without any assistance was quite frustrating. It gave an impression of poor management and lack of attention to walk-in customers, especially in a busy mall setting where quick service is expected. To sum it up: Pizza Quality: Excellent – no complaints here. Customer Service: Very poor – needs significant improvement. If you're planning to visit this outlet, I’d recommend ordering through the app right away to avoid the hassle at the counter. Great food, but be prepared for a disappointing service experience.

The mall is not working very well. The staff is untrained, they dont have proper announcement system if the pizza is ready or not, the staff over counter is not able to understand what we are saying and what our order is, Taste is okay but not typical dominos types. My kids stomach got upset after eating pizza, probably because the outlet doesnt have much sales as compared to others

Franchise owner please shut down this outlet. Your not capable enough or you don't have brain to run this. I ordered pizza from this outlet 3 times every time it's shows 30 mins guarantee n comes cold after 1 hour. Also manager is arrogant. Big 0 rating from my side.

Firstly, saying I'm really disappointed by today's service! Before this, the previous staff was really helpful and friendly but this recent staff isn't cooperative at all!!. Even though my order was ready I was waiting at the pick up counter to collect it and the staffs saw me but were least bothered to even ask, one of the male staff came to the counter and started a call on his phone and I was calling him out 'Sir! Sir' but he wasnt bothered to even say a word before or after and the other female staffs kept looking at me and then continued their work. Some female staffs were busy with phone calls. At the end when finally after 10 minutes of waiting and seeing my order ready and kept packed in the box one staff finally showed up and took the payment and refused to give my order unless I gave my phone to her with the app. I asked her why she wanted it and she said she wanted to give a feedback, I said I'll give it later but she was continuously asking me to give the app even after my payment was done. The last time too the staff asked for my phone and I was unaware what she will do so I gave her and later on when I checked so she gave my order a five star rating on my behalf without asking me if I really wanted to give a five star. But back then it was fine because the staff was really good and friendly but this time they made me wait alot for my takeaway order and then forced me to give my phone to them so this made me really give a negative review. Apart from that they really take alot of time to cook it. On the app it shows it will be ready in 10 minutes and they take 20 minutes and make customers wait more 10 minutes. Really disappointed this time! Domino's, please make note of this, the staff and the food quality is what makes it worth it! Food is OK but the staff has to improve alot honestly!!
