Disappointing Experience Had a poor experience at this Domino’s outlet. The service was very slow — my dine-in order was delayed by over 30 minutes, and no one even bothered to inform or call when the food was ready. It seemed like they were prioritizing online orders over dine-in customers. The place wasn’t very clean either, which added to the disappointment. The food was okay, but the overall service needs serious improvement.

Very disappointing. Porwal road store continuously showing off-line. I am staying within 5 km to the store. You should not be mentioned delivery, when it seems store is not keen to do Home delivery

Apparently, if there are “bulk orders,” customers who are already dining in don’t matter. That’s what the staff told me when I asked why my order was so late. Slow service, rude attitude, and zero sense of customer care. Perfect place if you enjoy being ignored.
