The customer service has gone down since the last few months. Placed an order online and was charged higher for the pizzas I order normally - called up the manager and he was not able to provide any help. After multiple back and forth no refund was provided. Another instance of pizza not baked properly, tried calling the manager and he didn't pick up for more than 2 hours. Messaged him but no support was provided. After escalating to Dominos, he called us and wanted the pics of the pizza (while it was on the next day and we had already disposed the pizzas). The overall experience has gone down from 3 star to 1 star.

Worst branch of Domino's Pizza. They doesn't have cheese for pizza. I ordered cheese burst pizza but after half hour they called us n tell that they don't have cheese..... Don't order pizza from this branch plz
