If it's possible I will give even minus star for them. Actually it's my 3rd time experience with them that I get I received my order almost more than 2 hours late or from my order done of items r missing or wrong.This time hight is my order is on prepration from 2:45 hours.is it a joke or what??? Swiggy not taking responsibility as dilivery partener is from dominos and store is not receiving call n my order is not getting cancel also.And distance is just 5-6 km from my house.Why u guys keeping online dilivery then.shut the shop n stay home.And it's my kids request after so long else m not fond of pizza to die if waiting.

I did not receive my order even after 2.5 hrs. And no one responding to the calls.

This is my 3rd worst experience with dominos,bavdhan branch. I ordered pizza from dominos using zomato platform they are showing 15 min since 45 min. I faced this problem 3rd time, and till pizza reach out to us its testless and cold.

I received the ordered almost 1 hour late after discussed with Bavdhan, Pune Store manager (Bhagwan Makode) I haven't received the loyalty points on late delivery and pizza was not hot. I would not recommend the dominos.

Store was not giving direct delivery at 9 pm but delivery was available through Swiggy at extra cost. Pizzas were average and other side dishes too.
