Very poor experience with this Domino’s outlet. Ordered under the 30-minute delivery promise but waited for over 1 hour. The app kept showing “9 minutes remaining” with no delivery partner assigned. Chat support was useless, outlet number was unreachable, customer care was unavailable, and there was no option to cancel the order. Earlier as well, I ordered a medium pizza but received a regular pizza in a medium box. Clearly misleading customers. Worst service and poor management. Do not order from this outlet. Domino’s should take strict action. I would have given zero star if there is option.

Worst Dominoes store ever, I have had a lot of negative experiences over here. Management needs some changes.

Order a pizza through the dominos app, stuffed bread sticks, 2 cakes and the delivery was done 1.15 minutes later with all items cold. When I called the delivery guy, he said your order is cancelled, I will connect you with the manager. When called again after 10 minutes, he said I am coming with order. When asked why order was late, he said no staff ???
