Sourdough didnt taste like sourdough at all .. staff being rude entire place is sticky unhieghenic. Smelly . Feels like I wasted my 300 at nothing . Pizza tasted like it's rotten . Gave me 15 bottle of water for 30 under and would not accept the written mrp on it . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!

Late delivery seems to be the standard here now. When the order finally arrived, the seal was broken and the pizza was glued to the box lid. Quality control clearly isn’t a priority. When I pointed this out, the delivery guy’s solution was: take it or leave it. Great customer service. I went to the store hoping someone would take responsibility. The excuse was that they were “too busy,” even though the place looked anything but busy. This is the second time this has happened, so it’s not exactly a rare accident. They made another pizza and I got the privilege of waiting 20 more minutes. Then they realized they forgot my garlic bread and asked me to wait another 15 minutes while the new pizza got cold. Efficient system. No store manager available, of course. And the app support is just as helpful — endless automated options with no way to speak to an actual human. If poor service and wasted time are what you’re craving, this place delivers perfectly.
