By far the worst service I have ever experienced from a international company.i am not going to order anything from them.Waited for 1.5 hours to get my food but to no avail he didn't came.There a reason why your brand is on decline in India.

I have ordered one pizza and it's not yet delivered from last 1.5 yrs, and I'm not even able to cancel my order I have send this for the 1st time ever that dominos is not able to solve my problem, I have tired to contact restaurant but they did not even recharged there mobile and call is not going to them and even they didn't contact me regarding anything similar

It's been one and a half hour, an hour since my order is stuck at 9 minutes till delivery. Can't call them since incoming is off on their registered phone no. If you can't deliver a pizza, at least have the decency to cancel it swiftly so I don't leave my hope on you in hunger I will complain about this wherever possible. Such a scummy move to neither cancel nor deliver for 2 hours.

Worst experience today, order was placed at 10.30 PM it's still showing delivery on the way and still not reached its 12..16 am now. If they don't want to deliver then they should stop taking orders. Store phone not reachable also delivery person phone not reachable money already paid. Worst service by Dominos Bavdhan
