I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Domino's outlet in Bavdhan. It seems more like a shoddy imitation of the official Domino's standard rather than a legitimate branch. The staff's incompetence was astounding; not only do they refuse to take orders at the counter, but they also seem completely clueless about their own menu prices. During my last visit, I ordered a simple single choco lava cake, only to be overcharged by the staff who clearly had no idea what they were doing. It wasn't until later that I realized I had been swindled into paying extra for an item that should have been priced differently. This level of incompetence is not only frustrating but also damaging to the reputation of the Domino's brand. I strongly advise against patronizing this particular outlet as it fails to uphold the quality and professionalism that Domino's is known for. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs. To add insult to injury, the quality of the food was abysmal. The choco lava cake I eventually received was stale and tasted like cardboard. It's clear that this outlet has no regard for quality control or customer satisfaction. This kind of incompetence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Domino's brand. It's clear that this outlet is damaging the reputation that Domino's has worked hard to build. I strongly advise against visiting this location until they address these issues and improve their service standards. Constructive criticism can help businesses improve, so I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to rectify the situation. Customers deserve better service than what is currently being offered at this outlet.

Service: ⭐ Atmosphere: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Food : ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I recently ordered the Cheese n Corn, Paneer Capsule pizza from this Domino's Pizza at Sunwind, Bavdhan outlet . The taste was good, but my overall experience was a bit mixed. The major downside was the extensive waiting time, with a minimum of 30 minutes, which was frustrating. The services provided were subpar, as the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to cope with the high volume of orders. Unfortunately, the limited number of staff on duty contributed to the slow service. It was evident that only 3/4 of the team was handling the orders, making it challenging for them to manage efficiently. Despite the delicious pizza, the loooooong wait and frustrating service were notable drawbacks. I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance the overall customer experience.

Visited this outlet at Bavdhan and was very disappointed.Counter Person Mr Ravi has its own attitude and not really caring on service. We need to order pizza through digital screen which is only one in outlet and not functioning properly.The Screen keeps on shaking while you try to order.No cleaning done even after asked for multiple times.No hygiene followed.While payment they took wrong amount while scanning and later mentioned pay full again as per their system it was not reflecting.We however paid Balance amount.Mr Ravi was rude and didn't speak nicely.Dont visit this outlet there are many good options available near by
