⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Worst & unsafe experience at Domino’s – Shirdi outlet I had a highly disturbing experience at this outlet. • Staff member took payment via his personal GPay instead of the official POS machine. • Bill was initially denied and I was told it would be sent later. • The bill was generated only after I insisted, and the timing clearly shows it was punched much later than the payment time. • The pizza served had a BLACK HUMAN HAIR in it. When I complained, the staff gave a ridiculous excuse that it was “mushroom”, even though my pizza did not contain mushroom at all. • Kitchen area was visible and staff were not wearing proper caps, raising serious hygiene concerns. • Staff behaviour was dismissive and unprofessional. After this incident: • I approached Domino’s customer care multiple times — no proper resolution, only delays. • I was repeatedly pushed to accept Domino’s wallet credit, which I clearly refused. • Due to lack of action, I have formally escalated the matter and filed complaints with NCH (National Consumer Helpline) and FSSAI. Both complaints are officially registered. This outlet reflects serious food safety violations, billing malpractice and poor customer handling. I will not visit Domino’s again, nor recommend it to my family or colleagues. Posting this review to warn other customers and for public awareness.

I placed an order through Zomato on 1st Jan 2026. The order was not delivered to me yet it was showing as delivered on Zomato. I got a call from the delivery boy "Sunil Rangnath Dushing", he said he will not deliver it to the delivery address either he will deliver it on the main road which is 1 km away from me. I asked him to deliver it to my home address which is given in the Zomato portal, he refused. after some time I got a call from "Arun Dhanaji Avhad" from Dominos outlet and the person was literally misbehaving with me with his conversation. I told him if u are not ready to deliver at the given address, mention it earlier to the customer or else reject the order. He raised his voice at me and told me don't you dare to order from Dominos again I am blocking your no. from here. I told him pls do whatever you want, the mistake is yours, if you are not capable to deliver at the given location don't accept the orders. These people are slandering the name of Dominos chain. Please don't take the franchise of such a reputed brand if you are not capable enough to handle the customers.

The quality of pizza was very bad I bought a farmhouse pizza and it tasted nothing like that.
