Worst experience always! Since i order from the app it doesn’t give me an option to select store. Sometimes it take them an hr to reach 2.3 kms & delivery person has the audacity to abuse, store manager never picks calls. When i got it escalated to Domino’s upon tht store manager called said “pizza main free karwa deta hu aap pay mat karo”. Seriously ! I ordered pizza today, the delivery boy gave me pizza took the payment & went away, i called & said there are no seasonings wth pizza, he said “main dur pohoch gaya, i told him its hardly 2 mins, n im calling you constantly, said ok aata hu & now he doesn’t pick up calls. This is the worst outlet i have ever experienced. I would rather prefer eating on street but never with this outlet again. Spreading the truth so other pple don’t experience the same. & kindly shut your outlet as soon as possible, or be responsible, Dominos, Vasai gaon.

They added the thing in bill which we dint say also and the ordered we placed was sourdough fiery peri peri pizza they gave us pizza with just olives. Very disappointed with evrything and look what they have placed on table really unhygienic they refunded us for wrong order but this is not how you make the customer wait for soo long and give us this

Third class service ha mai bahar tha order cancel Kiya Maine payment kar diya tha fir paisa return karne ko bola manager bola thik h 5 din ke under refund ho jayega 10 din ho gya abhi tak refund nhi aaya call karne pr call bhi nhi utha rahe h bakwas service h (Translated by Google) This is third class service. I was outside and cancelled the order. I had made the payment and then asked for refund. The manager said it is ok, the refund will be done within 5 days. It has been 10 days and the refund has not come yet. They are not even picking up the calls. This is a bad service.

This chain used to be good but has absolutely lost value for customer. It has lost my respect. Ordered a Veg Paradise pizza and chicken parcel at 8.32pm it reached at 10.20pm and was a plain disappointment. I would request not to accept orders when unable to meet the demand, but maintain quality. After waiting for so long...my order is jst a disappointment.

They allowed ragpicker boys into the resturant and we're eating food along side us. They were just moving around and looking into our plates taking sauce in hand and liking, using washroom, sleeping on chairs and the staff was not restricting or guiding them to behave.
