The pizza was overcooked and became quite hard, which affected the overall taste and enjoyment. No sauce was provided along with the pizza, and oregano as well as chili flakes were also missing. These small things make a big difference to the overall experience. Because of this, the meal did not meet expectations. I hope better attention will be given to quality and completeness in the future. I ordered a Margherita pizza, but a different pizza was delivered. The pizza was overcooked and very hard. This shows a careless attitude toward order accuracy and customer experience. Overall, the service and food quality were disappointing. Adding more on this, The delivery time shown on Swiggy was 20–25 minutes, but the food was delivered after approximately 45 minutes. I placed the order around 1:30 AM, and even at midnight this delay felt excessive.

I ordered and paid at 8.34pm. Now it's 10.08pm. Still I don't receive my order and it's continuously shows 2min. Very Disappointed.

I visited Domino’s for dine-in in the afternoon and ordered just one pizza. There were only 3 customers in the store, still I had to wait around 35 minutes for my order. This was not peak time, so such a long delay is completely unacceptable. Service was very slow and disappointing for a brand like Domino’s. I attached my payment screenshot that verify exact time to I receive my order. Very poor service ❌👎👎
