Why are you even enabling online orders, if you are not capable of delivering it in time??, waiting for a whole 1 hour and then receiving a cancellation message is soo stupid, if you guys are not capable of handling both in-customers and online orders just handle one thing....do one thing properly why are you torturing people with your tricks, it's food Man, if you cancel after 1 hour what does that mean, have some humanity, Don't just think some stupid google review, it is coming out of the disappointment happened each and every single time I order dominos, because of your branch online delivery experience, I hate dominos not because of taste or anything only because of you guys, try to change it for god sake.

Order and kitchen is in ground floor. Dining area is in 1st Floor. Customer has to walk down for order and pickup and for any other reorder everytime. Place and tables are not cleaned properly and on time

They always take lot of time to make a small pizza and a small order there is no fast delivery in the app And always the app delivery is closed There is no phone response also properly Very bad behaviour of all of them

Absolutely disappointing experience. Yesterday (June 8th), I placed an order on Zomato at 7:23 PM from the nearest Domino's outlet, located in Vettuvankeni. The order was being delayed. Meanwhile, we attempted to contact the outlet, the delivery person (as listed in the app), and customer care. They were not reachable in any way. The map showed the delivery guy roaming around somewhere else. All this time, no one even tried to call us to inform us about the delay. At 9 PM, the guy called to ask about the location and delivered. How do you think the pizza was?? It was cold, old and stale. Like an old pizza that was rejected by someone else and dumped on us. When we tried to reach out to Zomato customer care, they didn't seem to care. They said they would offer 200 coupon, while the bill was 1700+. For the delay, Zomato has offered a Rs 300 coupon that can be applied to my next order with the same Dominos. Really? Do you think I'll order here again? No person with a sane mind would. Will never recommend it to anyone. Thank you for wasting my time and awarding us with disgusting, cheap pizzas!

I ordered three pizzas just three pizzas at 7:00 pm ,i got delivered at 9:00 pm ,the pizzas was cold ,there was no customer service, the delivery person didn't pick up the call , worst ever experience we had in dominos especially in vetuvakani branch,i suggest not to go for dominos again ,it's really worst and worst to the core . Worst experience, it's not divesting at all worst experience,if u want to save your money don't go for dominos
