One of the worst domino’s pizza . Ordered online via domino’s app , pizza was delivered cold and no proper response from the shop . No proper support from Dominos customer care as well.

The taste of the pizza was good, but the service was delayed and the waiting time was longer than expected. Hygiene was not properly maintained, which was disappointing. Food quality is fine, but cleanliness and service speed really need improvement.

The service was a complete nightmare. Staff members were busy chit-chatting among themselves, and even basic customer service was not provided properly. There was an unusually long and unacceptable waiting time for the food to be delivered, without any proper communication or explanation.
