My order came 100 mins late. I called the restaurant many times but no one picked up. I raised complain in swiggy and their representative finally got hold of the restaurant manager and connected me with him. The manager was extremely rude and didn't even say sorry. Moreover he asked me to talk to him politely, even though I didn't use any foul language or didn't disrespect him in any way. I just asked him, why they don't have a channel of communication open for the customers. So i declined to take the order and asked for my refund.This happened few months back, even though I received my refund but I have not made an order with that restaurant ever since.
