"The Domino's app showed the price as ₹189 for me as a customer, but when I had to pay the delivery person, the amount was ₹331. On top of that, they made me wait on the road for an hour. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had."

They made the best pizza.! We ordered. 6 in 1 and all of them were excellent. The shawarma chicken is must try. I would definitely recommend them over other pizza chains in Hyderabad.

I had a very bad experience at Domino’s Moosarambagh outlet today around 2:50 PM. Despite there being no crowd and it being within the lunch feast hours (11 AM to 3 PM), the staff refused to provide the lunch feast offer. They claimed they don’t have dough for Pizza Mania, which is clearly just an excuse to avoid giving the lower-cost offer. Staff member Pooja directly refused to provide the lunch feast, showing no interest in customer satisfaction. Instead, they were insisting that we buy big, expensive pizzas. This kind of service is unacceptable. If offers are displayed, they should be honoured without misleading reasons. Worst experience from a Domino’s outlet — completely disappointing and unprofessional behavior.
