Dear Team, I visited the Domino’s outlet at MBD Neopolis Mall, Jalandhar, around 2:00 PM in the afternoon. During my visit, I ordered soft drinks, but unfortunately, they had no gas in them. When I brought this issue to the attention of the counter attendant, I was met with an unprofessional and arrogant response: “It is what it is.” This behavior is highly disappointing and does not align with the customer service standards one expects from Domino’s. I kindly request you to address this matter and ensure that your staff is trained to handle customer queries and complaints in a polite and professional manner. Looking forward to your response.

The worst experience ever in dominos. First the service is so so slow and then the quality of zingy parcel was worst it was too oily that it's box was also oily from inside and no take care of hygiene was there. Pizza was also very worst like this was the baddest experience with Dominos. Me and my friend have to leave it in between because it was not able to finish it because of too much oil. I have also taken picture that shows the quality of food too much disappointed from that branch
