I had ordered pizza from Domino’s at 1:57 am, and Domino’s gives a guarantee that the pizza will be delivered within 30 minutes. But I received my pizza at 2:46 am. They are saying that the 30 minutes is counted till the building gate, but I actually got my order after 48 minutes. They also said that I would get a refund if the delivery exceeded 30 minutes, but I still haven’t received my refund. I request you to process my refund as soon as possible.

Absolutely furious about this place! It’s ALWAYS closed whenever I try to go, and on the rare occasion it’s open, there’s literally nowhere to sit—what kind of business doesn’t have a seating area for customers? The service is beyond terrible; it’s like they simply don’t care at all. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else! Seriously disappointed and won’t be coming back.
