Domino’s service is very poor and unacceptable. Yesterday I ordered a pizza and called the delivery boy using the number shown in the app. He answered the call and used abusive and offensive language, including insults about my mother and sister. I politely asked him not to speak that way, but he continued. This is very bad service. The delivery boy’s name shown in the app was Gawade Virendra Indrapal. I have also recorded the call. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

If it was possible I'd give -10 stars. In my life this is the first time my pizza order was delivered to the incorrect address, and I never got it. Harrowing would be an understatement.

I ordered a cheese burst pizza from Domino’s, but it did not meet my expectations. The pizza lacked cheese, and the cheese burst was very poor in taste and quality After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from branch again
