We recently ordered a Large Paneer Fiesta Pizza and Chicken Wings from the Domino’s outlet on Pune-Satara Road, and the experience was extremely disappointing. • The pizza was completely bland, lacking any flavor, and the vegetables tasted stale—definitely not fresh. • The chicken wings were undercooked, making them unsafe to eat and ruining the meal. • When we raised our concerns, the staff member named Pooja, who took our order, was rude and unhelpful, stating bluntly that “nothing could be done.” • We asked to speak with the manager, but no one came forward or even attempted to resolve the issue. For a reputed chain like Domino’s, this level of poor food quality and unacceptable customer service is shocking. We hope the management looks into this seriously and takes steps to improve both kitchen hygiene and staff training.
