Its was bad experience & express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from your Royal Heritage Mall, Undri outlet on 19th June. I placed an order through the Domino’s app at 8:30 PM, trusting your brand promise and standard operating procedure that delivery will be completed within 30 minutes — or else the pizza is free. Unfortunately, this was far from the reality. Here’s a summary of the issues I faced: Delivery Delay & False Tracking Information: The app initially indicated a delay of 10 minutes due to traffic, which was acceptable. However, the delivery person’s location was stagnant on the tracking map for an extended time. When I contacted him, he falsely claimed to be at my front gate and disconnected the call. After that, his phone was switched off and could not be reached. Inaccessible Store Contact: I tried calling the store at the Royal Heritage Mall for over 45 minutes — the number was continuously busy. This made me feel helpless and completely ignored. False Updates & Irresponsible Behaviour: The delivery person later answered and claimed he would reach in 5 minutes. After 10 more minutes, he changed his story again and said he had met with an accident and asked me to cancel the order. A second delivery person was eventually sent but he could not locate my address and seemed unfamiliar with the area, despite clear guidance. Final Delivery – Extremely Late & Cold Pizza: The order finally arrived at 9:58 PM — that’s 1 hour and 28 minutes after the order was placed. The food was completely cold and tasteless. My children were left hungry, stressed, and very upset by the whole experience. This entire episode was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing coming from a reputed brand like Domino’s. It’s clear there was a complete breakdown in customer service, delivery protocol, and communication. I request a full refund for this order, and I urge you to take appropriate action to ensure such experiences are not repeated with any other customer. Due to this highly unpleasant experience, my family will not be ordering from Domino’s again.

Unfortunately all my orders goes to this place and they never deliver. Always there is something or other not available. The store number shared by domino’s website is invalid.
