Last night, I ordered a pizza for my roommates from the outlet, which is less than 1 km from my house. The delivery guy named ismail called me for the address, and he arrived just two minutes after we spoke. But when he was about to hand over the pizza, he spoke to me very rudely and gave me a scornful look until I went inside. This behaviour was completely unacceptable. As he was leaving, he even hit my gate on purpose.Later, I complained to the manager, but he defended the delivery guy, saying he had been working there for a year and wasn’t familiar with the location. I mean, if he didn’t know the address, why didn’t he ask me to clarify instead of being rude? I asked the manager to arrange a call with the delivery person so he could apologize, but I overheard them laughing in the background.I almost never order food through these apps, but this experience with Dominos was really disappointing very unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from you again unless things change.

Domino’s was a complete disappointment. The service was pathetic and a total waste of our time. Our pizza order was mistakenly delivered to someone else ,completely unacceptable, especially during a short lunch break. To make things worse, the staff in charge showed no apology and was rude when we requested a refund.
