Very Poor Service and No Professionalism at Domino’s Gottigere I had a very bad experience with the Domino’s outlet at Gottigere. I placed an order through the Domino’s app, and it showed 40 minutes delivery time (probably because it was raining that day). I was fine with that, but even after waiting for over 1 hour and 10 minutes, the order didn’t arrive. When I called the store, they casually told me it would take another 20 minutes. That means the total wait time would have been around 1.5 hours, which is unacceptable for a food order. If they knew there would be such a delay, why show 40 minutes on the app? I could have easily ordered from another platform and received it in less time. Very disappointing and misleading! This is not the first bad experience. I also visited the Gottigere Domino’s outlet earlier and noticed a sign that says “If bill not provided, your order is free.” After placing my order at the counter, they didn’t give me the bill until I asked for it after my food was ready. When I asked about it, the staff just ignored the rule and gave the bill without any explanation. To make things worse, the lady at the counter was extremely rude. She didn’t know how to speak to customers politely, and I suspect it was the same person who answered my call about the delayed delivery. Her behavior in both situations was very unprofessional. Overall, I’m extremely unhappy with both the service and staff attitude at the Gottigere Domino’s outlet. They don’t follow basic customer service principles, and their delivery promises cannot be trusted. Definitely not ordering from this outlet again.
