I had ordered Vegetarian Pizza from Domino's online, but received Non-Vegetarian chicken pizza. They accepted the fault, but not ready to refund the amount to my bank account. Not communicating well and giving lame reasons for the misplace of the order. Everyone works hard for the money to be earned, not refunding the amount is not acceptable when there is fault. This has to be taken seriously as being a Vegetarian and recieving Non veg is showing carelessness regarding the customer.

Worst service ever. The Domino's hotline had cancelled my order and assured me I would be refunded from this outlet and they have not refunded me, yet the outlet people claim this did not happen. The Dominos hotline did not communicate properly to them and when I tell them I have not been refunded they give me the outlet number who again was rude and just cut my call. Do not order from dominos again. They do not care at all about their customers money.
