I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 never reached and after calling each time they say delivery personnel has left 5 mins ago, it's been 24 hours no one ever reached 😂🙂.

Just arrived to India and being a frequent buyer of Domino's in UAE my 6 year old son asked me to get him a pizza. Had ordered garlic bread with pepperoni and a medium chicken fiesta as takeout for my son. There were no other customers and the staff were just sitting as it as it was only 6.30pm When I got home to give my son the pizza I was shocked. I got a chicken taco and my pizza had literally 5 pieces of chicken. I came back. The staff was not sorry. Ruksana took the order first and Swapnil handled the take back but not one apologised. Ideally they should even refund my money but I am not here for a free meal. I did not ask for any refund nor did they have a courtesy to offer a refund. They said sit for 5 min and we will change your order. After telling about me giving the review then Swapnil appologised. The worst experience of Domino's here in India. Sorry but this is not what any customer should experience.

We visited last week and ordered Choco Lava and pizza. Neither of them seemed fresh, and the taste was not what we usually experience here. My little daughter needed to use the washroom, but it was in a very poor condition. There was a strong smell, the dustbin was overflowing, and we couldn’t even wash our hands properly. When we spoke to the staff about this, they informed us that the washroom is cleaned only once a day.
