I wud give this place a negetive star if I can The staff in uniform act like I owe them a loan, they are filled with attitude, and for the other half of the staff who aren’t in uniform are creating a ruckus - shouting playing games on their phone THE AC IS NOT WORKING it’s like I am inside the kitchen wayy to hot food was prepared in a hurry and i used to come to this place since I was a kid hate to so what happed to it also there is no handwash

Very bad delivery experience the delivery person is not answering calls neither the store is worst experience ever.

The reason for the 1 star is because of poor customer satisfaction. Went to order food on 02/10/2025, stood near the counter for 10 mins to get the attention of the staff- though they saw us, ignored our existence there, even when they were not busy with any orders or other customers. Finally one employee apologized and took our order. It took the next 40 minutes for them to get the half of the order to be ready and nearly one hour for the entire order to arrive. And no apologies for being late either. Could hear staff chit chatting and screaming in loud voices from inside which sounds like a big fight is going on while we were waiting for the order to arrive. Food prepared was not upto par with the brand's standard. Employees needs proper education and training on customer satisfaction. The place and ambience was nice.
