I have visited the RT nagar branch a few times, and after today, this will be my last time ordering from here. The staff do not take customers seriously — they joke around loudly, speak carelessly, and don’t maintain a respectful atmosphere. It really feels like they are not concerned about customer experience at all. Last week and this week, I ordered home delivery, and both times the food was completely spilled inside the package. Every corner of the box had food leaking out. On top of that, today I received burnt food — and this is the second time it has happened. It feels like they are sending orders without even checking the quality or condition. This is unacceptable. The manager really needs to take responsibility and fix this. The people working at this branch are treating customer service like a joke. Please take this seriously and make necessary changes at the RT nagar location.

Hello Team, Your delivery boy has scammed me. There was a new offer in the app stating that the delivery would be made within 20 minutes, so I placed the order based on that. I ordered at 7:00 PM, and the delivery boy delivered it at 7:36 PM. I made the payment by scanning his personal QR code, and he took the money and left. After I finished eating, I received a message from the app saying that my order was cancelled, even though I did NOT cancel it. When I called the delivery boy, he spoke to me very rudely. My total payment was ₹658.35. I request an immediate refund and action against the delivery person. Thank you

People are standing and no staff is available to take order. They are telling stock is on the way wait for 30 minutes we will take order. Very horrible service and staff better they chane the entire staff

Staff is very unprofessional, they list a number for the customers to call which is always switched off so that they don't have to speak to you, it's really frustrating when something goes wrong & ur trying to call the store but it's switched off, now recently on my friend phone we placed a prepaid order for delivery, guess what in the app it shows food is delivered,we haven't received anything, we are calling the delivery driver number on the apo some random lady picked the call & said wrong number, couldn't contact them or inform them,then next day we had to go to the store & gotbif fixed which has caused a lot of inconvenience.
