Never had a good experience at Kandivali West outlet. Not value for money when you spend 600-700 rupees for a pizza. Pizza should be garnished properly.

One of the 3rd class pizza outlet in Kandivali West, pizza quality is worst, customer service worst. they even not provided plates for dine-in. They will give you pizza in parcel box for dine in also. Pizza hut is all time best.

This is my worst experince at Domino's in terms of food, delivery and also customer service. This wasn't the first time I was disappointed with this store inspite of placing the order online they fail to deliver the correct order and coincidentally it is always that same delivery guy who is least interested in his work...and the moment you would call the store regarding the wrong order the store staff is at some another attitude level to talk to their customers...it's too much of work for them it seems...after calling for around 5 times n they hanging up on me every single time finally I received my order...this isn't what we expect our of you Domino's. The kind of food you guys are serving and the staff you have been maintaining is soon going to make you guys out of this pizza business... Extremely disappointed!!!!!
