Manager was not ready to take order and doing time pass with staff

Hi Team, I want to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order. I had ordered 3 pizzas and one veg parcel worth ₹881. The app was continuously showing 15–20 minutes for delivery, but I waited for over one hour. The status kept showing “delivering in 15 minutes” for a long time. When I called the delivery partner, he informed me that my order was cancelled because he claimed he waited at my door for 15 minutes and called and messaged me on WhatsApp. I did not receive any call, message, or doorbell ring. I was waiting the entire time and no one came to deliver the order. When I called him again, he rudely said his duty was over and he cannot help, and that a manager would call me. Till now, no one has contacted me, and my refund of ₹881 has not been initiated. I also tried contacting the restaurant but they were not helpful. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was waiting hungry for almost 2 hours, and due to no fault of mine the order was cancelled. I request immediate escalation, proper action against the delivery partner, and full refund of ₹881 at the earliest. Kindly resolve this issue on priority.

They take more than 1 hour to deliver order which is just 2 km away totally unprofessional staff, they should not take orders if they are unable to deliver the same, making customers wait like this in era of quick commerce, when you call the restaurant they give weird excuses. Pathetic service, wish there was an option of giving negative stars
