Visited Domino’s Pizza, Wardhaman Nagar recently for a takeaway order. The taste and quality of the pizza were as expected from Domino’s and did not disappoint.
However, the overall experience could be improved. The order preparation process felt quite slow, and I had to wait around 20 minutes for my parcel. The ambience and maintenance of the outlet also seem to need attention compared to before.
I also noticed that one of the staff members involved in food preparation was only wearing a hair cap and not a complete uniform, which did not leave the best impression.
If you’re planning to order from this outlet, online ordering might be a better option as it can help reduce waiting time. Overall, the food quality remains good, but service speed and maintenance could definitely be improved.
