TITLE: I gave the pizza to a beggar, the most fitting destination for food from a place that treated my friend and me with the same level of dignity—none at all. I would give ZERO stars if possible. This was the most humiliating experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The manager was so appallingly rude that we couldn't even eat the food we paid for. She refused to clean our visibly dirty table, first claiming it was clean from a distance, then using the excuse of being "short-staffed." We overheard her telling a colleague we were "overreacting and creating a scene" for simply asking for basic hygiene. When we confronted her, she lied, dared us to check the CCTV, and then literally ran and hid in the back when we agreed. This isn't just bad service; it's a disgusting display of contempt for customers. We left and gave our entire order to someone on the street, which felt fitting. Avoid this Vadapalani branch at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like garbage.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The service was extremely poor, and the manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional. Her tone was rude and dismissive throughout our interaction. When I requested to have a dirty table cleaned, she responded from afar, insisting it was already clean. When I questioned her response, she rudely told us to change the table instead. While we were eating, she even made an inappropriate comment to her staff, saying, “If she wants, she’ll eat — don’t overact here.” Such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. When I asked about how to file a complaint, she simply ignored us and continued her work, showing no concern or accountability. This kind of attitude reflects very poorly on the establishment’s service standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training and disciplinary action to maintain professionalism and respect towards customers.

Very very Very worst because,I ordered indi tand pnr very bad taste and no green sauce and not that pnr.. and in vg paradise in very bad condition like no veggies and extra cheese

Absolute worst, I ordered a cheese pizza with added toppings and saucy boneless chicken. The pizza tasted sour and the chicken smelled rotten. I have no clue how you guys are still running a business. And not to mention the domino’s app customer service. It won’t take my complaints at all but when I sent an appreciation to check if the app is working, it took it immediately. Just close down already.
