It’s been a year since I moved to this city, and I usually prefer my nearby Domino’s outlet. However, I feel that the CI Square Kolar branch has been declining month by month. One of the biggest issues is the service. Some staff members behave as if they own the place or are serving food for free, which affects the overall customer experience. When I first started visiting this branch, everything was great. In the past year, I have visited more than 15 times, but for the last 2–3 months, I have noticed a clear drop in quality and service. It feels like they are no longer maintaining the standards they should. I usually order the Cheese Volcano Pizza, but recently it seems like the pizzas are being stretched too thin, whether it’s a medium or a large size. I have loved Domino’s since childhood, so I know the difference when something changes. Personally, I can visit other branches that still serve Domino’s pizza the way it should be. However, I feel that something is not right at this particular branch. I’m not sure whether the owner is aware of these issues or not. Please look into this situation; otherwise, the CI Square Kolar branch may continue to lose customers. I am writing this because I genuinely love Domino’s and want to see the brand maintain its standards. To people in Bhopal and across India, I would still highly recommend Domino’s, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this particular branch. You may end up disappointed because even though you’re eating at Domino’s, it may not feel like the Domino’s experience you expect.
