EDIT: Domino's representative continuously followed up on my concern, sincerely apologized and ensured a replacement is provided. Domino's turned around the table, so I acknowledge their efforts & value their willingness to correct their mistakes. Kudos team! ORIGINAL POST: Placed a home delivery order! Pathetic experience with this outlet. • Order arrived after their assured service guarantee (30 minutes) timeline. Though Domino's system marked the order 'Delivered', right before the 30th minute, to avoid ₹200 refund claim. Contacted store but conversation yielded nothing fruitful as their representative wasn't even ready to accept the premise of late delivery, forget honouring refund claims. • After a few minutes, opened package to find out that the pizza box was toppled. The food was ruined in transit because it was handled improperly. All the toppings, which should've been layered on top of the crust & sauce, slid to one side of the box. Twice tried to contact store for replacement, but outlet just didn't bother to even receive the call. I am so done with Domino's Pizza, or atleast this Chas outlet.
