⭐ 1 Star Review Very disappointing experience with Domino's today. I placed an order at 12:51 AM for my friend's birthday celebration and cake-cutting event. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered even after waiting for more than 1 hrs. I tried contacting the delivery partner, but my calls were not answered. Since the order was getting delayed and the occasion was time-sensitive, I finally had to travel to the store myself and collect the order at around 2:20 AM. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and spoiled an important birthday celebration. If late-night delivery service is unavailable in my area, customers should be informed in advance rather than being left waiting without updates. I hope Domino's improves its delivery communication and customer service to prevent similar situations for other customers.

Though they are junk food, you can taste them once in a while as cheat meal 😋 😜

They literally forgot my order even though there was only me dining at that time, when it was getting late and I asked them about it they had the order packed and kept in a corner completely forgotten
