Honestly, the entrance wasn’t clean at all, which already gave a bad first impression. The tables were also not cleaned properly, and I even noticed insects in a few places, which is quite concerning. One more issue — in a burger box, they served chicken, which was unexpected and not acceptable. On the positive side, the staff were polite and behaved well. Service is good, but cleanliness and order accuracy really need serious improvement.
