[UPDATE] - Dominos India acknowledged the issue and refunded me the amount as credit points in Dominos App for using in future orders.
[UPDATE] - Complain ticket number is 4545017 with phone number mentioned. Got a call from store manager stating that nothing can be done as of now and only feedback is taken to improve.
Very poor service from Domino’s Rajpur Road, Dehradun. The order was delayed, rider (Bhanu Yadav) did not answer calls and reached the wrong location. Store number was unreachable. Food arrived cold and was not even what I ordered (wrong item delivered). Completely unacceptable experience — will never order again.
