Let me explain - Pizza - I knew that Dominoz do not deliver the best pizza; but still wanted to visit again for a change. They stood on my expectation. Pizza ka feel hi bigaad dete hain yeh log. Butterscotch Mousse Cake - Either they do not know the taste of Butterscotch or the items are mislabeled. Order management system - The order takers update the system to say the order is ready for pickup way ahead of time. When you ask why I got the SMS that the order is ready, they unsurprisingly say that it is how the system behaves. Making up the delivery numbers won't help as the service is real bad. The team at Dominoz Dibrugarh are screwing the system with beautiful numbers but a sub optimal customer service. I'm disappointed (again).

Fav place for pizzas. I visit there often but don't have much pictures to share. But the brand name is enough for the review. Specifically about this outlet, the staff are so well mannered and very helpful, they always take the orders patiently and never misbehave with anyone.
