Being a global brand, we expected atleast they meet the basic requirements. Been there for couple of times in last 6 months. The dining areas are pathetic without cleaning the food marks, they serve in the take away boxes even for dining there. Those boxes in each table were just lying for hours after the customers left them post dining (flies around). Last visit was a week ago! Staff were totally untrained. Except one rest of 3 to 4 people were delivery guys and they access inside the kitchen without any hairnet or basic hygiene requirement. Just this night, we placed a Zomato order which has been not delivered at all .. the restaurant weren’t picking up phones when Zomato tried to reach them for follow up. Such a disaster place. The owner/Franchiser whoever pls visit the place and try to see how ur customers are treated.
