I recently visited Domino’s at Pristine Mall, Sector 31, Faridabad for lunch after a movie, and the experience was highly disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, unfriendly, and the service extremely slow. The first thing I heard at the counter was, “You’ll have to wait for one hour to get your pizza,” despite only 5–7 customers dining in. When I asked for the reason, there was no proper response.
This is not the first time I’ve faced such issues here. On a previous visit, the staff refused to take my order at the counter and asked me to order online, claiming they were “busy with other activities.” For a well-known food chain, this attitude is unacceptable.
After repeated bad experiences, I now prefer McDonald’s or local outlets instead. With such poor service and negative behavior from staff, I cannot recommend this Domino’s to anyone looking for good food and a pleasant dining experience.
