We ordered 3 pizzas from this Domino's Pizza outlet through their app...
We ordered 3 pizzas from this Domino's Pizza outlet through their app at around 8:30 pm. Unfortunately, we had to wait until 9:45 pm and still the order wasn’t delivered. After waiting for more than an hour, we eventually had to go to the outlet ourselves around 10 pm to collect the pizzas.
During that time, neither the branch nor the rider responded to our calls, which was quite frustrating.
The pizza itself was okay — not bad, but not great either. However, the long waiting time made the overall experience worse.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the staff. They were very polite and friendly, and they explained that there was a glitch in the app which prevented the delivery from going through properly.
That said, Domino's really needs to work on improving their delivery system.
