I waited for approximately 30 minutes for a single pizza, even though...
I waited for approximately 30 minutes for a single pizza, even though the store had only two customers at that time.
There were several people cracking jokes beside the counter, who might have been delivery boys.
Normally, I can get that pizza delivered to our house in less than 20 minutes, but they were not focused on their work.
The time was around 4:50 p.m.
I wish they hired a floor manager to oversee the orders.
