High cost and also service not good

What an experience must post a review, I had a wrong pizza delivered but actually it was missing the most important toppings, when I called back the delivery boy (Kalai) he responded with utmost discipline (even after it was 10mins post delivery) and told me his manager would contact me. Trust me, I thought it would take many mins but I got a call back in secs, even without tips the delivery boy did a fabulous job. Appreciate Kalai. Manager Kamal called me and even before enquiry was apologetic (maybe bcoz I am a loyal customer) but trust me he was very good to the role and able to connect well. He didn’t even bother abt the pic but promised me the right one as fast as possible. All this happened at around 1am today, kudos to the whole team of Dominos, I really appreciate this!!! Keep it up team, this is why I’m with you for the longest of times! Today’s order no 268 on 09.03.2025!!! As it was the same delivery boy Kalai who delivered me, I rewarded and thanked him really well, appreciate his dedication!!

Food was good and staff were very cooperative, I had visited many branches in Bangalore. Never experienced the good service. Especially in manipal County road. But here it was everything perfect.
