recently visited the Domino’s Pizza outlet near Narasimha and Krishna Theatre in Hyderabad, and my experience was not completely satisfactory, mainly due to hygiene and safety concerns.
The outlet is located in a convenient area, and the seating space is decent for a quick meal. However, I noticed that the staff were not strictly following proper safety and hygiene measures. Some employees behind the counter and in the kitchen area were not wearing gloves or hair caps, which is quite concerning, especially in a food-handling environment. These are basic hygiene practices that should be mandatory in all food service places, particularly a well-known brand like Domino’s.
A few parts of the restaurant, such as the preparation counter and dining area, also did not look very clean. The floor and tables needed more regular cleaning, and the waste bin area near the counter could be better maintained. It gave a slightly unhygienic feeling, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.
On the positive side, the pizza taste and quality were good as expected from Domino’s. The crust was soft, the toppings were fresh, and the delivery time was quick. The staff were polite and handled orders promptly, but the lack of attention to hygiene overshadowed the good service.
I strongly suggest the management take immediate action to ensure staff wear gloves, masks, and hair caps, and maintain strict cleanliness around the kitchen and customer areas. Domino’s is a trusted brand, and maintaining proper hygiene is essential to keep customer confidence.
Overall, I would rate this outlet 3 out of 5 stars — good pizza, but poor hygiene practices that definitely need improvement.
