Major issue was related to Bill. We ordered 3 items. Wrong price was mentioned in the bill for paneer & onion garlic bread. In menu card, it was only Rs 175, but in bill they showed Rs 185. Then we went to reception to resolve issue. They said sir Rs 185 is the price of garlic bread along with GST that's why we have mentioned Rs 185. But you (dominos team) know GST is not applied individually to each item. It is applied at the end to the lumpsum amount when we do total of all the items as per menu card which was done in our bill also. This means according to receptionist we had to pay GST for garlic bread twice, at first on individual basis, then on total amount. I explained her the whole situation what mistake they had done. But she was either trying to make us fool or herself was not having proper knowledge of it. Then she asked another person to explain the issue. She said sir menu rates are revised. I said if menu rates are revised then why you have not updated the same nor in the menu card nor in the main display of dominos. After a discussion of 10 minutes approx., the receptionist agreed to refund us Rs 10 but said that she's refunding this from her pocket. Nobody will pay her back. I am suggesting you to please correct your price of garlic bread in your system & don't try to fool the customer & if you have really revised the rates, then please keep revised menu available at the cafe. I have attached the bill also with this review. Please check on your system. You will understand much better from there.
