I recently ordered two Cheese Burst pizzas from Domino’s, expecting the usual rich and gooey cheese experience. However, to my surprise, there was barely any cheese inside—nothing like what Domino’s typically offers. I called the store, and the staff admitted the issue after a quick discussion.
After multiple follow-ups, Roshan, the store manager, finally answered my call. Upon their request, I shared a video of the pizzas, and he acknowledged the mistake. He then asked me to return the pizzas and, in exchange, sent me two fresh ones with extra Cheese Burst.
While the initial experience was disappointing, I appreciate Roshan’s efforts in resolving the issue. At least he took responsibility and ensured I received what I had originally ordered. The replacement pizzas were much better, and I’m glad the issue was rectified.
