Domino's Pizza MARRYGOLD COMPLEX, JUNAGADH

Doninos, this is almost now few times i have received home delivery that is messed.. package delivered is not good at all.. also food prepared like to sprinkle of topping and cheese aren’t good.. also in combo meal onion pizza the cheese useed in cheese spread n not moxxrella.. quality of food is good in taste but it’s package of delivering is gone worst now a days.. very disappointing experience since few times.. not expected.. also there is no good maintanance to the pizza shop on collage road.. Dominos just tried once to contact and was not reachable and still there is no refund..

This outlet gives a very poor overall experience compared to other Domino’s locations. The seating area feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and hygiene standards do not seem properly maintained. The ambience feels outdated and dull—almost like an old black-and-white movie setting—definitely not what you expect from a Domino’s brand outlet. The washroom condition was also disappointing and poorly maintained, which further raises concerns about cleanliness and basic hygiene. There is a noticeable difference in taste compared to other Domino’s branches, which questions consistency and quality control. Staff behaviour was another issue. During my last visit, I placed an online dine-in order in which Coke was included, but I was given Sprite instead. When I pointed this out, the staff responded rudely, which is unacceptable. Overall, poor ambience, unhygienic conditions, inconsistent taste, and unprofessional staff behaviour. This outlet needs serious improvement to meet basic Domino’s standards.
