Good but not feel comfortable during onn time.

Domino’s Pizza has always been my go-to pizza but recently , they have been providing very disappointing customer service . The food’s still tasty though . I ordered lunch from this outlet , through the official Domino’s Pizza app and have been waiting for the delivery person to show up , for more than an hour . This isn’t the first time I’ve recieved such poor service , by the way . Also , I recieved an SMS from Domino’s in which they sent an OTP which is to be ‘ provided to the delivery executive at the time of delivery ’ but a while later , recieved a call from (apparently) the outlet through which they asked for the OTP . It’s the first time they have done this . Is this some new rule ? Is the OTP really sent to confirm the delivery ? Is giving away the OTP safe ?

Food is good but their behaviour is so rude .... And atmosphere is quite short than other dominos store
