We ordered a Farmhouse Pizza, but unfortunately, it didn’t have mushrooms. The gentleman at the reception kindly explained that mushrooms were out of stock, and he had forgotten to inform us beforehand. Instead, they had added jalapeños as a replacement topping without checking with us.
However, he handled the situation with great courtesy and offered us a complimentary sweet corn pizza as a thoughtful gesture. Mistakes can happen, but what truly stands out is how they are handled, and in this case, the response was respectful, kind, and considerate. Appreciate the service and the attitude.
