For order taking, we were asked to place the order through the app, which we did. However, even after that, we had to follow up multiple times before our order was attended to.
I understand that the restaurant may have been handling a large number of orders, but making customers wait for hours is not acceptable.
Additionally, many tables remained occupied with leftover food from previous customers, and they were not cleaned promptly. This created an unpleasant dining experience.
Overall, the service was disappointing and not what I expected.
