Yesterday, I ordered pizza at 9:21 PM and received it at 11:52 PM. The delivery person even assisted me by explaining what to do if any items were missing. That was really kind of him.
Yesterday, I was disappointed and left a review, but after receiving the food, understanding the reason for the delay, and experiencing the way he assisted me, I truly felt good. Your response to my previous comment also touched my heart, especially when you said that you treat customers as special.
I can also understand the pressure you all face. While we get to enjoy New Year’s with our families, you also have families, yet you do not get to celebrate properly because of us. More power to you all.
The only thing I would like to suggest is that even if the delivery happens at 1 AM, it is okay. Just keep us updated. That is all. I can imagine how difficult it is when 200 people are expecting food at the same time. It is not easy at all.
Because of us customers, you do not always get time to celebrate. I am truly sorry to realize this. Wishing you a very Happy New Year.
