To the Store Manager,
I have been a loyal customer, frequently ordering and taking away from your store since its opening.
Baking: The quality of your baked items—whether it’s pizza, garlic bread, or desserts—is consistently excellent, deserving a perfect 10/10.
Service: Unfortunately, your service has been consistently disappointing. I have raised this issue multiple times with your staff, but there has been no improvement. In particular, I want to highlight Mr. Mahesh, who behaves as though he owns Domino’s. This attitude is unacceptable. I strongly recommend providing him with proper customer service training or taking appropriate action, including termination if necessary.
A quick look at online reviews reveals that many customers have complained about poor service. If this continues, it will seriously damage your store’s reputation. I hope you address this matter promptly.
