I’ve been visiting this Domino’s outlet regularly for the past 1.5 yea...
I’ve been visiting this Domino’s outlet regularly for the past 1.5 years. Overall, the service has always been good. Staff is polite, the outlet is clean, and food is served fresh and on time.
However, one thing I feel needs improvement is the hygiene in the kitchen. Since it’s an open kitchen setup with a glass partition, it’s easy to see that the staff usually don’t wear gloves while preparing the food even when directly handling dough and toppings. I’ve noticed that many other Domino’s outlets do follow proper hygiene practices like wearing gloves and hairnets, so it's a bit surprising to see that not being followed here.
Would really appreciate if Domino’s could take a look at this and ensure better hygiene standards are implemented. Apart from this concern, the experience has been consistently good!
